Do you or have you lived in one of our interesting or old buildings in Broughton?

Please tell us more!

Broughton Parish Council is launching a new history project for Broughton with the help of one of our own Broughton residents, historian Sherry Calvert.

The “Broughton Heritage Trail” will set out to capture the history of all the lovely and interesting buildings we have in Broughton.

We will be starting with The Gables in Church Street simply because we already have some information to hand but stress that it is just a starting point. There are many more buildings to add with your help in sending through any information or photos you can provide.

The intention is for this project to continue to grow with all of this fabulous information to be held online in the future and available for everyone to view and enjoy.

Please contact any of the following who will be happy to help

Pat Scouse / Robin Shrive / Martin Rose / Roy Baxter / Hilary Bull or Sherry Calvert (mobile 07722 407636)
